Customer Complaint

The instrument cluster (IPC) and blower fan would intermittently stop operating while driving.

Problem Summary

The concern was verified. After around 10 minutes of driving or idling, the instrument cluster would go completely black with no backlighting, no gauge operation, and no display. At the same time, the blower fan would stop operating. After about 1 minute, both systems would return to normal operation. The instrument cluster blackout condition is shown in {{pic1}}.
