The vehicle would not move correctly when drive was selected and the customer suspected a transmission fault. The concern had occurred intermittently a few times and had previously corrected itself, but it became constant and the vehicle was towed into the workshop.

When attempting to drive the vehicle into the workshop, the transmission felt as though it was stuck in 3rd gear. Reverse engagement was also poor and the vehicle struggled to move.
