The vehicle lacks power at low revs.

The vehicle had very little power on take off and only pulled properly above 2200 rpm, needing the clutch to be slipped to get moving on a slight incline. No black smoke was present. A new mass air flow sensor had been fitted two weeks earlier without curing the fault and the condition had since become worse.
