The drive belt was repeatedly slipping off the top idler pulley shortly after the vehicle was returned to service.

Problem Summary

The drive belt would not stay seated on the top idler pulley and would walk off after a short period of operation. Prior to presentation the drive belt, drive belt tensioner and top idler pulley had already been replaced, and all other accessory drive pulleys were observed to be solid with no detectable bearing play or wobble.
