The customer reported that the front wipers, headlights and dash warning lights were coming on with the ignition on or the engine running. The concern was present with the old battery and remained after a replacement battery was fitted.

The front wipers were operating in intermittent mode even though the wiper switch was off. The headlights were on in auto mode even though they were switched off, and multiple warning lights were displayed on the dash.
